The 9098 EQ , designed by Rupert Neve, is a high performance Equalizer and Preamplifier designed to originate microphone signals of the highest quality and to process signals in terms of frequency response. It features separate EQ and Mic Pre sections, which can be used together or independently. All inputs and outputs balanced. Huge dynamic range. Extended frequency response - 250kHz.

Mic Preamplifier:
Mr. Neve's proprietary TLA (transformer-like amplifier) input stage accepts all levels up to +26dBu
Gain adjustment range: 0 - 72dB in 6dB steps, plus +/-6dB fine control
